NASHVILLE, TN, October 12-13, 2007 ... We enjoyed a few days in Nashville. We had lunch at the Wildhorse Saloon on Friday and the Aquarium Restaurant on Saturday. Two truly unique restaurants. We strolled the streets of downtown Nashville visiting the Hard Rock Cafe, BB Kings Blues Saloon, and Coyote Ugly Saloon. Tennessee Titan's football stadium is just across the river from downtown Nashville. We went to the Opryland Museum where they had exhibits on all the country greats (i.e., Patsy Cline, Marty Robbins). We browsed through Cooter's shop and saw the General Lee from The Dukes of Hazard original tv show.

MEMPHIS, TN, October 8, 2007 ... Graceland is all and more you ever imagined. Each room quaint, modest, and warm. Visiting Graceland was a dream come true for Keith. The smiles on his face were that of a kid in a candy store.

BRICKTOWN, OK, October 5, 2007 ... We took a short drive from our campground to downtown Oklahoma City, known as Bricktown. The Bricktown Ball Park immortalizes such greats as Mickey Mantle, Bobby Murcer, and Johnny Bench who were all born and raised in Oklahoma City. We enjoyed lunch at Toby Keith's I Love This Bar & Grill restaurant. The restaurants in Bricktown run along both sides of the canal. Another quaint town.

Big Texan and Cadillac Ranch

AMARILLO, TX, October 2-3, 2007 ... Visiting Amarillo was filled with more unique attractions. Cadillac Ranch consists of 10 cadillacs buried in a field. The Big Texan is home to the 72 oz. steak ... if you eat the steak and all the fixins in 60 minutes or less, it's free. It's also home of the largest cross in the western hemisphere. All of this located on historic Route 66.
